Boardr Privacy Policy

Effective October 16, 2026

Boardr is made by Oregon Coast Repair LLC ("we"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use Boardr on your Mac. The short version: we do not collect any of it.

What Boardr collects

Nothing. Boardr does not collect, store on our behalf, sell or share any personal information or usage data. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking of any kind.

Boardr does not connect to the internet

Boardr runs in Apple's App Sandbox without permission to make network connections. It cannot send anything from your Mac to us or to anyone else.

Your files stay on your Mac

Board files you add, photos you import, readings, notes and other resources are kept in your Boardr library on your Mac. Backups you make with Boardr are saved only to the place you choose, such as a folder or an external drive. We never receive a copy of any of it.

Crash reports from Apple

If you have chosen in your Mac's settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports and usage statistics for Boardr. Apple controls that setting and that data, and you can turn it off at any time in System Settings under Privacy & Security, then Analytics & Improvements. We use these reports only to fix problems in Boardr.

When you contact us

If you email us for support, we receive whatever you choose to send, such as your email address and your message. We use it only to answer you, and we do not share it.

Children

Boardr is a professional tool and is not directed at children. Because it collects no data, it collects none from children either.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above.
